Our commitment to making vizlume.com usable by everyone, and how to tell us when something gets in your way.

1. Our commitment
Vizlume is committed to providing a website that people of all abilities can use. We aim for vizlume.com to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at level AA, and we treat accessibility problems as defects to fix.
2. What we have done
- Pages use a clear heading structure and page landmarks, and start with a link that skips straight to the main content.
- Every link, button and menu can be used with a keyboard, with a visible focus indicator.
- Images have text alternatives, and decorative artwork is hidden from screen readers.
- Pages adapt to screens as narrow as 320 pixels and to enlarged text without sideways scrolling.
- The only animation is a short sequence when the home page loads, and it is switched off when your device is set to reduce motion.
3. Known limitations
We are not aware of any accessibility barriers on vizlume.com. Product screenshots are illustrations, and their text alternatives describe what each one shows rather than every detail on screen. If you find a barrier, please tell us.
4. Our products
Each Vizlume product is designed and tested separately. If you have trouble using one of our products, contact that product's support through our Support page, and we will work with you to find a solution.
5. Feedback and other formats
If you have difficulty using any part of this website, or need its content in another format such as plain text or large print, contact us. Tell us the page and what you were trying to do, and we will respond within five business days.
